Beltelecom became the sole operator of RSMOB

RUE Beltelecom became the exclusive technical operator of the Republican Public Security Monitoring System, replacing 24×7 Panoptes LLC. The corresponding Decree No. 69 “On the development of the republican system of public security management” was signed by Alexander Lukashenko on 25th February, as reported by the press service of the President of Belarus. The adoption of this document means that 24×7 Panoptes LLC terminates their contractual obligations in accordance with the terms provided by law.
RUE “Beltelecom” is defined in the Decree as “the exclusive operator responsible for the creation and operation of the Republican System for Monitoring Public Security, as well as for the storage of all relevant data.”
As Synesis previously reported, the change of operator is the termination of the contract with respect to 24×7 Panoptes LLC. We don’t plan further participation in this project in any capacity.
